When you donate on the sites: Our site uses securely encrypted donation forms. We collect your willingly submitted contact information (first and last name, email address, and phone number), credit or debit card information (card type, card number, security code, and expiration date), in some cases eCheck information (bank name, account number, and routing number), billing and shipping information, and unique identifiers (like invoice or confirmation order numbers). Contact information from these forms is used to process donations or merchandise purchases, provide receipts and supply information about The GO Exchange. The contact information is also used to reach customers when necessary in order to resolve customer service issues or questions. Users may readily opt out of receiving future communications (see Opt-Out below). Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for purchases. Unique identifiers (such as an invoice number) may be collected from visitors to assist in matching current donation information with purchase history information in our system. When you create an account on the sites: When you create a personal account on goex.org for the purpose of making a purchase, saving a wishlist, etc. The GO Exchange collects your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, password, and other information you willingly provide. It is your responsibility to keep your password secure at all times to avoid unauthorized use of your GO Exchange account. We do not pass on this information to any other third party.
Our Security Policy to protect your information
